• 1990 to 2003 Rechtsanwalt with Price Waterhouse and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), 
• 1997 Secondment to Price Waterhouse Juridique et Fiscal in Paris
• 2001 Secondment to PwC in New York (cancelled after 9/11)
• 2004 – 2020 Partner in the business law firm HEUSSEN
• Several years on the supervisory board of an IT company
• Liquidator of several corporations 
• Since 1 October 2020 freelancer, also Of Counsel of the law firm HEUSSEN

My fields of activity and experience

As a legal advisor for many years, I render legal support and represent small and medium-sized companies up to listed national and international large corporations (especially in the field of mechanical and plant engineering, automobile manufacturers and their suppliers, telecommunications companies, well-known service providers) in all legal aspects of entrepreneurial activity. This includes above all

• Advice and representation of companies, board members and managing directors in and out of court in all matters of business law, in particular in commercial, antitrust and corporate law, but also in labor law and service contract law of corporate executive bodies 
• Consulting and drafting of contracts on a national and international level, especially in the area of purchasing and sales, establishing of co-operations and joint venture
• Advice and representation in the acquisition and sale of companies (M & A), mainly on the part of purchasers from Germany, the USA and the Asian region, over 30 completed projects
• Advice on the establishment, financing and liquidation of companies, mergers, demergers, changes of legal form national and cross-border transformation processes (corporate law structuring).
